1. Service Description

CloudeAI Sky provides cloud infrastructure services including API gateway, AI model hosting platform, and automated workflow engine (collectively referred to as "Services"). By using our services, you agree to these terms.

2. Account Registration

You must provide accurate and complete registration information. You are responsible for protecting your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

3. Payment Terms

Services are billed on a monthly or annual subscription basis. Fees are charged at the beginning of each billing cycle. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before renewal.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the services for any illegal activities, infringe on others' intellectual property, distribute malware, or engage in any behavior that may compromise the stability or security of the services.

5. Service Level Agreement

We commit to 99.9% service availability (99.95% for Pro and above plans). If SLA is not met, you may be eligible for service credits.

6. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in the services belong to CloudeAI Sky. You retain all rights to content you create using the services.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate the services with 30 days' written notice. Violation of terms may result in immediate termination.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CloudeAI Sky shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the services.
