1. Service Description

CloudeAI Sky provides a unified AI gateway — a control plane for routing, failover, cost governance, and observability across third-party model providers (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these terms.

2. Account Registration

You must provide accurate and complete registration information. You are responsible for protecting your account credentials and API keys, and for all activities that occur under your account.

3. Payment Terms

The Service is billed on a monthly or annual subscription basis. Fees are charged at the beginning of each billing cycle. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before renewal. Model provider charges are billed directly by your providers.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service for any illegal activities, infringe on others' intellectual property, distribute malware, or engage in any behavior that may compromise the stability or security of the Service.

5. Service Level Agreement

We commit to 99.99% service availability on Pro and Enterprise plans (99.9% on Free). If the SLA is not met, you may be eligible for service credits.

6. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in the Service belong to CloudeAI Sky. You retain all rights to content you create using the Service.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate the Service with 30 days' written notice. Violation of terms may result in immediate termination.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CloudeAI Sky shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Service.
