Refund Policy

1. Free Plan

The Free plan requires no credit card and includes 1M routed requests per month. Pro and Enterprise plans include a 14-day free trial.

2. Monthly Subscription Refunds

Monthly subscriptions can request a full refund within 7 days of purchase. Refunds are not available after 7 days, but you can continue using the Service until the end of the current billing cycle.

3. Annual Subscription Refunds

Annual subscriptions can request a full refund within 14 days of purchase. After 14 days, a prorated refund will be issued based on the number of months used.

4. Refund Process

Please submit refund requests to hello@cloudaisky.com. We will process them within 3-5 business days. Refunds will be returned to your original payment method.

5. Exceptions

No refunds will be issued if an account is terminated due to violation of Terms of Service. Refunds for one-time service fees (such as onboarding or professional services) will be governed by the specific contract terms.
